Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, order size, and shipping carrier schedules.

Shipping Locations

UnderDeck Umbrella currently ships to addresses within the continental United States.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses unless approved in advance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and available carrier options.

Any shipping charges shown at checkout are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

UnderDeck Umbrella is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

UnderDeck Umbrella is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional shipping charges, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Large or Oversized Orders

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or require special handling due to size, length, or weight.

Large orders may take additional time to package and ship.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A description of the issue

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

We will work with the shipping carrier and determine the next steps.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the items received so we can review the issue.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around the delivery location and contact the carrier directly.

UnderDeck Umbrella is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help review the issue.

Title and Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, subject to applicable law and carrier claim rules.

DIY Product Notice

UnderDeck Umbrella is sold as a DIY product. Please review your order and measurements before cutting, modifying, or installing any material.

Shipping issues must be reported before the product is cut, altered, installed, or modified.
