Returns accepted only on unused, unopened, standard material within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-cut, cut-to-length, used, installed, damaged, or modified material is not returnable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned material is inspected.
Orders should be checked before cutting or installing.
Any damage or order issues must be reported within a 14 days after delivery.
